How does the monthly tuition work?

At Dance FX, we use a Season-Based Tuition model. We take the total cost of our 38-week season and divide it into 12 equal monthly installments. This ensures your monthly payment remains consistent, regardless of whether a month has three, four, or five class dates due to holidays or studio breaks.

What other fees should I expect during the year?

To help families budget, we are transparent about additional costs:

Annual Registration Fee: Covers administrative costs and provides access to member-only events.

Recital Media Package: Includes professional media (photos/video) of the show, and a commemorative t-shirt.

Dancewear: Required shoes and attire per our dress code.

What is your withdrawal policy?

We understand that life happens. We require 30 days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle for any class withdrawals. Please note that registration fees and costume deposits are non-refundable after specific seasonal deadlines.

How long is the dance season?

Most dance studios operate on a school-year schedule that runs from August through June.

Additionally, all staff undergo background checks and are trained in CPR/First Aid. Our classrooms are also equipped with Live viewing via zoom so parents can observe progress from wherever they are.

How do you ensure my child’s physical and emotional safety?

Emotionally, we foster a "Body Confidence" environment where age-appropriate music, costumes, and choreography are strictly maintained. Is there a path for my child to join a competitive team?

Absolutely. We offer a clear "Pathway to Excellence." Students typically start in our Recreational program to build foundations. If they show a desire for more intensive training, they may be invited to audition for our Performance Teams (MoXie/RoXstars) or our elite Xtreme Collective.
